About this coffee
Milk chocolate and toasted hazelnut, without the sharpness that stops you at one cup. We roast it slowly, over 14 minutes rather than the usual 10, which is what takes the acidity down.
Roasted in 15 kg batches in Frome, Somerset, and posted within 2 days of roasting.
